A loan of $450 helped to build a load-bearing wall in her home.

Virginia's story

Virginia is 33 years old and married with four children, ages 14, 11, 9 and 3. She works in tire repair; she inflates vehicle tires, patches tires - everything that has to do with fixing vehicle tires. Her shop is located in the area of the village Copacabana.

This loan will be Virginia's first with the institution. She will use it for the construction of a load-bearing wall in her home.

Virginia faces challenges in her business, such as the bad moods of some drivers who treat her poorly, but this doesn't stop her from getting ahead. In spite of the difficulties, she doesn't have any competition and for that reason has a large customer base. She will use these advantages to continue improving her home; already with the construction of this load-bearing wall she feels much better. Virginia is very happy and appreciative to the institution for the help offered.
