A loan of $1,325 helped to buy kitchen equipment like a gas stove, a food warmer, and a grill.

Judith's story

Judith, age 43, lives in Tela Atlántida with her 13 year old daughter, her husband, and her mother.

She is an enterprising woman who started her own business two years ago. She makes and sells food, juices, and soft drinks. She sells breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and fast food. She tends to her customers all day. She has kept this business growing through her good administration and by reinvesting her profits. This has allowed her to have more cutomers and to be well-known.

She now needs better kitchen equipment in order to improve the process of making the food and offering better service. In order to do so she is requesting a loan for 25,000 lempiras to buy a gas stove, a food warmer, and a grill.

Her dreams are to come to own a restaurant, to give her daughter a good education, and to improve her family’s living conditions.
