A loan of $1,325 helped to buy educational tools.

Noé Elias's story

In the residential community Circunvalación in the city of Manta, the Banco Comunal Nuevo Proyecto meets every 15 days. This city is known for its beautiful beaches that are highly visited in every season of the year by domestic and foreign tourists. It is also known for being one of the most important ports in the country and America, located on the shores of the Pacific.

This is where Señor Noé lives. He is 63 years old and is divorced, but from this commitment he has 2 children. Now they are adults and independent.

He is a certified public accountant and works as a professor in a university in his town. But besides this, he also works in trade. He has a business in society with one of his children. They have a computer center in the center of the city. This center is also a bookstore and stationery store. In this business they also carry out accounting work, consulting and projects, besides internet service. They work every day from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm. His daughter works all day on location, and he does in his free time. They have been doing this business for more than 5 years and it brings them very good income.

This loan is to invest in educational tools, now that the season of classes starts soon and many of these products are sold in this season. For him, this is his 4th cycle in the Banco Comunal and he likes it because of the ease with which one can obtain new loans.

His goals are to grow his business and move forward.
