A loan of $3,500 helped a member to buy shampoos, rinses, sprays and other products.

Mujeres Trabajadoras Group's story

Fifteen women from the city of Villa Elisa came together with the hope of working together and helping their families thanks to this joint effort. They are people with a great desire to get ahead, and they demonstrate it in their work and in the meetings they hold each week, showing that they have a great interest in strengthening themselves and making progress. Sonia has a beauty salon, and she reports that she has a very good customer base, since she is very friendly with all her customers, and this helps always to keep them very happy with the service she provides. Thanks to her work and dedication, she has been able to get ahead and help her family, and at the same time contribute to covering the costs that come up day by day. Her dream is to have a large shop, which would allow her to provide work to other people who need it. She is requesting the loan to buy shampoos, rinses, sprays and other products, which will allow her to stock up, continue working and keep her business well supplied.
