El Banco de Emprendimiento LAS CARIÑOSITAS esta compuesto por ocho integrantes siete mujeres y un varón, la presidenta del banco de emprendimiento es la Sra. Rafaela tiene 40 años esta casada tiene 3 hijos de las edades de 10, 15 y 9 todos en edad escolar, todavía dependen de ella, ella se dedica a la venta de edredones, esta es su primera secuencia dentro de la institución, la Sra. Rafaela utilizara este préstamo para la compra de edredones por mayor para surtir su negocio y así de esta manera incrementar su capital de trabajo, la Sra. Rafaela enfrenta retos en su negocio que son la competencia y utilizara los beneficios para mejorar su calidad de vida, la Sra. Rafaela es una persona muy trabajadora, se siente orgullosa y feliz por su trabajo y por apoyo que le brinda la institución.
