A loan of $1,025 helped to buy cereals.

Adjowavi's story

Adjowavi is 39 years old and married to a driver. She has two children who both attend school. The oldest is 15, the youngest is 10 years old.

Since 1994, she's been working as a reseller. She resells cereals to all kinds of customers at the market. She gets her supplies in Lomé and works alone.

At this time, her main difficulty is being unable to meet customer demand.

Adjowavi is seeking her first loan from Kiva's partner, WAGES, in order to buy cereals. She wants to reinvest in her business.

In the forthcoming years, she would like to bolster her stock of products. She says that she intends to use her profits to take care of her family.
