Laku's story

Laku is a 27-year-old business man who lives in Juba. He is married and has two children between the ages of 4 and 1. One of his children goes to school.

Laku runs a food store business, and he has been in the business for three years. He has no employees. Laku heard about Finance South Sudan from radio advertising as well as marketing and promotion done in his area by the officers. He is taking a loan of 4,000 SDG to purchase more items like maize flour, wheat flour, etc. Laku has no other source of income.

In five years, Laku would like to build a good house for his family. His major challenges include bringing the foodstuffs from another country to South Sudan. Laku says that he has a lot of appreciation for Finance South Sudan for supporting him with additional capital for his business.
