A loan of $1,275 helped to buy a dairy cow.

Hermes's story

Hermes, 51, and his wife Maria have 5 dependent children. He has had a small dairy farm and sold firewood for more than 15 years. He sells in different neighborhoods of the city of Caacupé and nearby.

He tells us that he has a very good customer base that he sells to on a daily or weekly basis, depending on the orders he gets. Thanks to his and his wife's efforts they are making progress and helping their children.

He asks for a loan to buy a dairy cow to increase his milk production so that he can have a little more income. He is grateful for the help from Kiva and the Fundacion Paraguaya.
