Dinara is 46 years old, married and has three children. She has been involved in animal husbandry since 1997, having started this business with an initial amount of 5,000 som (KGS). At the present time, Dinara's business contains one dairy cow, one horse and fifteen sheep, and the monthly profit from sales of milk and milk products amount to about 9,000 som (KGS). During the season, Dinara makes a profit from sales of beans, obtained from 1.20 hectares of irrigated land. She also has an apple orchard by her house, yielding about 80,000 som (KGS) per year. In order to further develop her business, Dinara requested a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy additional heads of livestock. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into a further expansion of her business.
