A loan of $500 helped to buy a gasoline engine, discs and new pulleys.

Alejandro's story

Alejandro, 59, lives in his own house with his life companion. He owns a corn mill that’s his main work tool to earn his daily bread. Many people seek out his services because it makes their work easier; in Alejadro’s mill they can grind various kinds of grains like corn, beans, rice and coffee. Besides, the customers say that they are very satisfied with the treatment and service they receive. This has led to his being preferred by many people who continue to request his services.

He’s managed to keep the business afloat with much work and dedication even though he’s noticed lately that the mill is starting to have some breakdowns due to the constant use and it needs some repairs and to have some parts replaced.

This is what’s led Alejandro to call on INTEGRAL to request a loan to buy a new motor to replace the old one, new discs and pulleys. He does all this aiming at continuing to provide good service to his customers because without this tool he would not be able to continue earning his livelihood and meeting household needs.

He is very grateful to this institution because he got help in the past when he most needed it. He hopes for his loved ones’ wellbeing that on this occasion it will be the same.
