Yun, 30, is married and resides with her husband and two children in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. She is employed in a sanitation company and earns approximately USD 2 per day. Her husband is a security guard and earns about USD 3 per day. Due to the difficulty of the family’s transportation, Yun is requesting a loan of USD 1,200 to purchase a motorbike to use to commute. This purchase would enable her to use the saved money on her transportation expenses to support her family. In the future, she would like to run a new business selling clothes in the market and send her children to a good school. Moreover, she plans to build a new house.
