A loan of $1,175 helped to buy a calf and feed.

Maryuri De Los Angeles's story

Maryuri, 27, is from Chinandega but currently lives in León. She’s a merchant. She buys and sells cattle. She’s the mother of two children who are in her care. She started her activity three years ago helping her parents raise pigs. She then decided to become independent setting up her own business with help from her husband. They started to buy and sell livestock selling it around their community and in the departments hoping to buy more cattle to sell at better prices.

She is asking for the loan to buy a calf and the necessary supplies to feed the animals. This loan will help her because she’ll have more livestock to sell which will lead to better profits.
