El Banco de Emprendimiento 32 PRINCIPIANTES esta compuesto por ocho integrantes seis mujeres y dos varones, la presidenta del banco de emprendimiento es la Sra. Elena tiene 53 años no esta casada pero tiene un hijo que ya es independientes, ella se dedica a al venta de dulces en una tiendita que se encuentran en la zona Villa Pagador, la Sra. Elena es cliente antigua de la institución ya que esta es la novena secuencia de su crédito, la Sra. Elena utilizara este préstamo para la compra de dulces por mayor para surtir su tiendita y así de esta manera incrementar su capital de trabajo, la Sra. Elena enfrenta retos en su negocio que son la competencia y utilizara los beneficios para mejorar su calidad de vida, la Sra. Elena es una persona muy trabajadora, saco a su hijo adelante sola por lo que se siente orgullosa y feliz.
