A loan of $875 helped to buy stock merchandise for her store.

Fidelina's story

Fidelina is from the town of Achuapa where she’s lived her entire life. She is the pillar of her family and has two children who no longer depend on her and who are upstanding, tenacious citizens just like her.

She started her business with a small amount of capital that her husband gave her in order to sell grocery items so that she could generate her own income and today it’s a grocery store that’s well-stocked with items for the home, clothes, etc. It’s been in existence for many years and attracts clientele because of its owner’s kindness. She works along with her daughter and they strive day to day to get ahead and meet customer demand.

She approached Ceprodel for the second time to request a loan to buy rice, sugar, oil, soap, chicken, soft-drinks and vegetables in order to stock more inventory to provide more satisfactory service to her customers. Thanks to profits from the store they live with dignity and have all the comforts of home. She hopes the Institution will support her and she will be very grateful.
