Luke's story

Luke, a 37-year-old married father of three, has been operating a wholesale shop to earn a living for three years, and employs one person. To earn extra income he does sugarcane farming. Luke describes his business environment as favorable because there is limited competition.



Since joining Faulu Kenya, Luke has been able to improve his business and hopes to expand it into a supermarket in the future. He is now requesting a loan of 50,000 Kenya Shillings to buy crates of eggs, bundles of maize flour and sacks of sugar to sell.
