Betty's story

Betty lives in Yei. She sells food at a food stall, and has been in business for one year. She is 40 years old, married, and has six children; all of them are still in school.

Betty heard about BRAC South Sudan from a credit officer. This is her first loan from BRAC. She has requested a loan of 500 SDG in order to purchase cassava flour and maize. She will use her extra income from this loan to pay the school fees of her children.
