Salem De Ouanaminthe Group's story

Micheline is the coordinator of her group SALEM DE OUANAMINTHE, the city of OUANAMINTHE, in Haiti where electricity is rare and water is in short supply. Micheline is married and has children. She has run a business for the last ten years before starting this business. She has been to school.

Micheline would like to use this loan to invest in the purchase of used clothing. She hopes that this loan will help her to expand her business. The other members of SALEM have need of a loan for such businesses as selling charcoal, rice, and used clothing.

Micheline says that her main challenge is a lack of constant customers and that her main goals include growing her business. Her dream is to buy a truck to transport merchandise.
