A loan of $4,575 helped a member to purchase flour, eggs, milk and meat, among other ingredients.

Oñondivepa Group's story

This communal bank was formed by some members who were already involved in the 'Committee for Entrepreneurial Women' program. They invited their neighbors to join the program, and that is how the communal bank 'Oñondivepa' was formed.

Alberta is a domestic employee, and also has a business selling all kinds of food. Thanks to these jobs she has been able to succeed and help her family. She is married to Damian and they have 4 children. Her goal is to continue working and thus be able to continue helping her family and her husband.

Alberta is requesting this loan to buy the supplies needed to make the food she sells, such as flour, eggs, milk and meat among others. She is grateful to the foundation and Kiva for the opportunity she is receiving.
