Anonymous Group's story

The client is vice representative of the Shukrani credit group. She is an entrepreneur, a dynamic woman, ambitious, 52 years old, and married. She sells clothing.

She began her business when she found out about the microcredit that was offered by the MFI, Hekima. Thus, she received her first loan of $50 to start up her business. Her husband is an evangelist pastor serving in a protestant community. The profits from her business go toward savings, food, and the education of her children.

Meanwhile, she has just received her third loan. Since receiving her first loan, her business has grown. So, she decided to increase the amount of her loan for this cycle. She will use this new loan to buy about ten female boubous. Also, she hopes to broaden her horizons and stock up in Kampala, as well as see her children grow up. The client would like to thank Hekima for helping to give autonomy to poor women who to not have access to classic banking.
