"Restaurant Tanty D" is a small restaurant created by three women: T. Akoko, 43; A. Mawuto, 40; and S. Etonam, 39. They are married and mothers of 5, 6 and 4 children respectively. They are specialized in the preparation of "fufu" a traditional yam-based dish. The restaurant is located on a road in front of the market in Aventonou, a small village situated approxiamately 120 kilometres from Lomé, the togolaise capital. The restaurant's location allows people to eat while they are doing their shopping. With this loan, they will buy 100 tuber yams to use in the preparation of "fufu". They will also fix up their restaurant. That will allow them to increase their capacity to respond to the needs of their clients and in doing that, increase profits and improve the living conditions of their families.

Restaurant Tanty D est un petit restaurant crée par trois femmes, T. Akoko, 43, A. Mawuto, 40 et S. Etonam, 39. Elles sont mariées et mères de 5, 6 et 4 enfants respectivement. Elles sont spécialisées dans la préparation du « fufu » un plat traditionnel obtenu à partir de l’igname. Le restaurant est situé sur la rue en face du marché d’Avetonou, un petit village situé à environ 120 kilomètres de Lomé, la capitale togolaise et permet aux gens de manger pendant leurs courses. Avec ce crédit, elles vont acheter 100 tubercules d’ignames pour la préparation du « fufu » et aussi aménager leur local. Ce qui leur permettra d’augmenter la capacité de leur restaurant pour répondre aux besoins de la clientèle et par là dégager plus de profits pour et améliorer les conditions de leurs familles
