Mirian Isabel's story

Mirian Isabel F. S. runs a small restaurant in the city of Pucallpa, Ucayali. She serves delicious meals typical to the region that include many dishes of beef, chicken, and rice served with soup and a drink. She has many loyal customers, including workers from a factory across from her home who come for an economical home-cooked meal.

Mirian is happily married and has 4 children. She started her business after losing her job at a nearby gas station. She loves to cook and help people so her little restaurant was the perfect fit. Being able to provide a second income for her family makes her feel good. All of her children are able to attend school and are planning on attending a university.

A member of the community bank Juntos Hasta El Final, Mirian is requesting a loan of s/1600 to repay over 6 months.
