A loan of $1,000 helped to buy stock inventory for her store.

Maura's story

Maura, 60, lives with her husband in her own house. Her children are all adults and have their own homes. Maura is an enterprising, tenacious woman. Some years ago she decided to open a small business consisting of a small store which with much dedication and effort she has managed to keep in operation over several years. She has quite a few customers and they are what’s most important for Maura; she always tends to them with a smile and much kindness which is why she’s won over the trust of many in the area and also because she always has what they are looking for in stock.

Her store is located across from the local school which is where most of her customers come from. She’s decided to invest in her store buying items for it at wholesale in order to attract more customers so that sales levels will increase. Because of this she’s asked Integral for a loan to invest in her little store and stock it will all types of products like: rice, beans, sugar, milk, coffee, snacks, oil, paper, detergent and other products that are attractive to customers. She trusts that she will be able to reach her dream of improving her living conditions this way.
