Angella lives in the city of Kampala, Uganda. She is married and has 6 children, all of whom are in school.She doesn’t have to take care of additional family members.

Angella has a business of selling fruits and vegetables. She has been in this business for 10 years and she works 7 days out of every week. Angella sells her products from home, by means of retail. Angella has requested a loan of 1,000,000 Ugandan Shillings from MCDT SACCO, which she will use to buy more boxes of passion fruits and oranges. She also generates additional income through selling beer and soda. The main business challenge(s) for Angella include transportation and seasonality. Her goals and aspirations for her business are to become a wholesaler and also to build rental rooms.

Angella lives in a home that she owns; she has access to electricity and has access to piped water. Her major monthly expenses include food, fees and electricity.
