A loan of $1,325 helped a member to buy footwear to sell.

Inmaculada Group's story

The “Inmaculada” women’s committee arose through the promotion carried out by one of the members of the group who decided to publicize it among her friends and neighbors. The committee is composed of ten women from the same area. They are very united, responsible and mutually supportive; they very much want to work and to get ahead.

Lilian has a shoe shop and she comments that she does very well because she always has a very good variety of types of shoes to sell. She defines herself as a very hardworking, enterprising woman who strives to give her family the best always.

She asks for the loan to buy all types of shoes to stock the business thus continuing to work and helping her family.
