Alegria [Happiness] is a group of 10 women from the city of Caacupé. These women want to move ahead and have a great entrepreneurial spirit. Their goal is to be able to work together and, by working as a team, to have a better lifestyle. They are now in their 3rd loan cycle with the Paraguayan foundation's communal bank for women.

Nilda, one of the members, describes herself as creative and hard working, with a great desire to succeed. She sells wood handicrafts that she makes. She tells us that her handicrafts are well known, as people truly appreciate them. Her skill has allowed her to get ahead. She can also help her family this way and meet their needs each day.

She is requesting this loan to buy wood, varnish, and tools to continue making her handicrafts.

La Alegria es el grupo formado por 10 mujeres formado en la ciudad de Caacupé. Son personas con muchas ganas de salir adelante, tienen un gran espíritu emprendedor, y su meta es poder trabajar juntas y por medio de ese trabajo en conjunto tener un mejor estilo de vida. Actualmente están en el ciclo 3 del programa de comité de mujeres de la fundación paraguaya.
Nilda, una de las miembros, se define como una persona muy creativa, trabajadora y con muchas ganas de salir adelante. Ella se dedica a la venta de artesanías en madera que ella hace y vende. Nos cuenta que sus artesanías son muy reconocidas ya que las personas lo aprecian mucho. Gracias a su habilidad es que ella ha podido salir adelante y ayudar a su familia, y de esa forma darles lo que necesitan para el día a día.
Ella solicita el crédito para la compra de madera, barniz, y herramientas para seguir haciendo sus artesanías.
