A loan of $1,125 helped to hire farmworkers.

Rene's story

Rene, 49, lives with Hugo, 45. They have two children from their love. Together they live in their own house located in the community of Llochegua. Rene is a hardworking mother who works growing cacao, and she also possesses a plot of land.

In the beginning she began growing rice and bananas, products grown necessarily to be able to give shade to the cacao crops. While they grow, you make the most of the benefits of the rice and bananas. In this way Rene managed for her cacao crops to prosper in a satisfactory manner. Usually she works with her beloved husband, who works in transportation services.

Rene is happy with the work she does because she has had good crops so far. She is planning to buy herself a plot of cropland in the future, with the objective of continuing to expand her crops.

This is her second loan with MFP, and she promises to make her payments punctually.

With the 3,000 nuevos soles (PEN) she will weed a new plot of land to be able to plant cacao plants. She will hire farmworkers for this.
