Hin, 31, is married and resides with his wife in Reussey Keo commune, Phnom Penh city. He works as a farmer in the rainy season and also in the construction field for extra income, earning USD 5.00 per day. He has 3 single children who are still students and depend on his support.
Hin would like a loan of USD 1,100 which will be his third loan from HKL, a longstanding Kiva partner. He wants to purchase a couple of cows to expand his farming business. In the future, he would like to use any additional income to repair his house.

The organization provides microfinance services to the poor, particularly women, in urban and rural areas. Kiva lenders’ funds will be used to expand the outreach of HKL’s financial services to a greater number of clients in rural areas of Cambodia.
