Doña Lesly, hace 10 años que comenzó vendiendo baleadas (tortilla de harina rellena de frijoles, huevo, queso, mantequilla y otros), pero su demanda creció y le pedían otra clase de comidas, esto la motivo a vender almuerzos, desayunos y cenas también. Abre su negocio desde las 7 de la mañana hasta las 9 de la noche atendiendo su clientela.
Esta solicitando un préstamo de 25,000.00 lempiras a ODEF para invertirlos en la compra de insumos para la elaboración de comidas, como ser carnes, verduras, harina, frijoles, arroz, condimentos etc.
