A loan of $575 helped to acquire more spare parts.

Crispin's story

Crispin is a 40 year old man who is married and has three children. He lives in his own house, in the young town of San Martín, on the outskirts of the city of Lambayeque. His home has electric and water service, and he lives in a small community with approximately 100 families.
Crispin sells spare parts for mototaxis and bicycles (mototaxis are 3-wheeled motorized vehicles used to transport people and cargo). He also sells lubricants. His business is very profitable due to the large quantity of these vehicles that are used in the areas near his home. Additionally, Crispin has extra income since he makes soft-shell roofs for mototaxis.
The amount of the loan requested is 1500 PEN [$575], which will be used to purchase spare parts for mototaxis and bicycles, as well as to purchase lubricants.
