Cheziya Group's story

This is 48-year-old Sarah from Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe. She is married with three children, and one attends school. Sarah runs a retail business selling clothes. The business has been in operation for 5 years. She says the main challenge faced is high import duty fees. She has requested a loan of $500 to buy clothes for resale. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to improve the welfare of the family. In the future, Sarah plans to open more clothes-selling stalls in the Central Business District of Harare .
