A loan of $800 helped to buy bales of used clothing.

Délali's story

Délali is a 33-year-old woman. She is married to a retailer and has two children, one of whom attends school. The first child is 15 years old, and the last, 3 years old. Délali has been working as a seller of second-hand clothing since 2008. She works alone at the market and stocks up in Lomé, the capital of Togo.

She is requesting her first loan from WAGES to buy some children's clothing. She wants other used items (handbags, shoes, and more).

In the next few years, Délali would like to open a store for selling clothing. She says she plans on making sure her children have a bright future.
