Yoeurn, 57, is married and resides with her husband and two children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She and her husband have been involved in growing rice for over twenty years, earning approximately USD 3 per day. Her two children are employed in a garment factory. They earn approximately USD 6 per day. Due to the difficulties in the family’s transportation, Yoeurn is requesting for a loan of USD 1000 to purchase a motorbike for commuting. This purchase would enable her to use the money saved from transportation expenses to support her family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and build fence around her house.
