A loan of $975 helped to buy two dairy cows.

David's story

David is married with seven children between 27 and nine years of age. Four of his children are still in school.

In addition to his business selling household goods in the local market, David is a farmer whose products include milk and tea. He has been farming for twenty years and now engages the services of a farmhand. Persistent droughts and undeveloped markets limit his potential success in his farming.

David has requested a third loan of 80,000 KES from Juhudi Kilimo to buy two dairy cows. He is planning on buying more dairy cows in the future with subsequent loans from Juhudi Kilimo.

David says these loans have enabled him to provide his family with basic needs. He is grateful to Juhudi Kilimo for their financial services.
