A loan of $1,100 helped to buy rice, beans, cheese, cracklings, corn, etc.

Fátima Esmeralda's story

Fátima Esmeralda, 24, lives with her husband and three children, two of whom are studying. Fátima is an enterprising woman who works hard every day to get her family ahead. Her dream is to give her children an education so that one day they will manage to be great professionals.

Several years ago she managed to set up a small "pupusería" [business selling "pupusas," stuffed tortillas] that, with great effort and dedication, she has supported all this time. The location is very strategic, given that it is located near the school and the bus stop in her community. She is a hardworking woman who has learned how to gain the trust of her neighbors, who are more every day, thanks to her friendliness and dedication to her job.

She is requesting this loan from INTEGRAL to invest in the necessary supplies, such as rice, beans, cheese, cracklings, corn, etc., that will allow her to give her customers better service in such a way to keep her current customers and attract new ones. All this is with the goal of improving her sales and her income.

She has every hope that the results of her efforts will be positive and that she will manage to have a better income, which will allow her to aspire to a better quality of life.
