Basarbu is 57 years old, married and has six children. She has been involved in animal husbandry for 30 years, after starting this business with an mount of 8,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Basarbu's hard work, her business now contains one cow, three calves, ten sheep, two horses, fifteen goats and fifteen goat kids. Basarbu's family also annually works on 1.60 hectares of land, where they grow corn, clover and potatoes. In order to further develop her business, Basarbu requested a loan in the amount of 135,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy calves and lambs. She plans to invest the earnings into a further expansion of her business.
