A loan of $375 helped to purchase pesticides.

Philip's story

Philip is a resident of Kongowea, Kenya. He is married and has six, school going children. He owns a pest control and fumigation business. The business has been in operation for ten years. The family also operates a food café which is under the care of the wife.

Philip is applying for a loan of 30,000 Kenya shillings to purchase pesticides. He was introduced to Milango by his friends. The challenge in the business is the high cost of pesticides. Despite that, he is determined to see the business grow and become a large scale supplier of pesticides. He believes, the increased sale from the business, will help him provide for other family needs.
