A loan of $1,150 helped to make improvements on her home child care center to continue having the support of the government institution that allows her to do her job.

Maria Isabel's story

María has always been known as a person who has great charisma and a lot of empathy for children. This was why she decided to set up her own business where she takes care of children and offers them education and nourishment when their mothers require a substitute mother during a big part of the day. María is recognized by the government institution that provides for the care and protection of children, and thanks to this she has had recognition.

Her home child care center is located in her house, where she has two large rooms to take care of the children.

Because the government institution that gives her the backing to do her job has required her to make some improvements, María is looking that a loan will give her the opportunity to make improvements to her home child care center to continue having the backing.

María hopes that in this way she will continue running her child care center and be able to continue caring for the children who need to be with a person who takes care of them for a large part of the day because of their mothers' jobs. In addition, María hopes that she will continue being recognized among the people of her area so she will have more customers for her business.

María dreams about having a large kindergarten with a greater number of children and being able to continue working with childhood as she always has wanted.
