A loan of $800 helped to buy one cow and to strengthen her shop's business.

Coumba's story

Coumba is a married woman and mother of six children, five of whom go to school. With the support of her parents, she opened a food store at her home. At the same time, she fattens cattle to diversify her sources of income. These two activities allow her to actively participate, alongside her husband, in the upkeep of her family. Besides, she has received and repaid five loans from UIMCEC. She is asking for a new loan of 400,000 francs to buy one cow and to strengthen her shop's business.
