Eliza's story

Eliza is a happy and cautious woman. She is 37 years old and lives in her own home with her two children, Alfredo who is 13 years old and Leyc who is 6 years old. All that she does, she does for her children.

Eliza has a business, a small store, which she runs out of her home. The people who live in the area come to her grocery store to make their daily purchases. She started this business 10 years ago, when she separated from her husband and had to find a way to pay for the education of her children. She always makes sure that her store remains well stocked, since it is her way of providing for the expenses of her children. She has requested a loan to be able to make purchases to restock her store. Her greatest wish is that her children will become professionals and have a better quality of life. This is the 6th loan she has taken out through MFP; she is very happy for the support she has been provided. She is a responsible member of her communal bank.

With the loan she will buy a sack of rice, canned food, noodles, milk and other things.
