Jonatán Ely's story

Jonatan Ely, age 52, is married and has three children, ages 14, 16, and 18. He lives in the village of Peña Blanca, Cortes.

Jonatan is a very hard-worker. He has established a grocery store business where he sells food products like rice, beans, vegetables, soft drinks, bread, churros, and bouillon cubes, etc. His wife helps him a lot in the store.

He also generates other income by distributing condiments and spices to other businesses. He also buys and repairs electronic apparatus. He has had the grocery store for seven years. He invests his earnings in his business, he offers products for the best prices, and he takes good care of his customers.

He is requesting a loan for 17,000 lempiras to repair the vehicle that he uses in his business. He uses it to distribute condiments and spices to the other businesses.

His goal is to always have the business well stocked in order to satisfy his customers needs and to grow more.
