Cuaresma Group's story

This group is called "La Cuaresma." It is made up of four women who live in a small community called Morelia.

Bernardina is married to Florencio, with whom she bore four children. Of them, three are still under her responsibility, and one is already married.

She is requesting the loan to invest in buying clothing to sell, such as pants, shirts, blouses and baby clothes. She has been working for three years and three months in this business, which is going very well for her.

She started her business to help her husband with the household income and cover her family's basic necessities.

What she desires most is that with this activity, she can get ahead until her children grow up.

The members of the group are: Maria de Lourdes, who will invest in buying ingredients to prepare tamales and sweets; Mari Cleydi, who will invest in buying clothing to sell; and Eloisa, who will invest in buying ranch chickens to sell.

In this group: Maria De Lourdes, Bernardina, Mari Cleydi, Eloisa
