Doña francisca es muy emprendedora ella siempre quiso trabajar en lo propio y con muchos esfuerzos logro establecerlo, tiene varios años de dedicarse a la elaboración de queso, mantequilla, cuajada y otros.

Ella ha mantenido su negocio con préstamos, actualmente solicita el cuarto préstamo a ODEF, para invertirlo en la compra de leche, cuajo, sal y otros insumos para elaborar queso, mantequilla, cuajada, etc.
