Anexo Ajilho Group's story

The communal bank is called "Anexo Ajilho" and is comprised of four women and a man who live in an area that celebrates the festivity of Saint Andrew.

Concepción is the one who was interviewed, and she is requesting the loan to buy merchandise for her grocery store which she says is doing well and allowing her to improve on a daily basis.

She began the business with her husband's help. She has been married for seven months and is expecting her first child, so she is very excited.

What she wants most to achieve with her small business is to continue working and increasing her activity.

The members of the group are: Anastasia who will invest the loan in fruits and vegetables, Micaela who will buy materials to embroider blouses and blankets, Manuel de Jesús who will buy material to make blouses and shirts and Amable who will buy materials to make embroidered blankets.
