A loan of $2,000 helped a member to buy clothes for resale.

The Roses Group's story

This is 30-year-old Mable from Harare. She is single with two children, one attending school. She also cares for two dependents. Mable runs a retail business selling clothes. The business has been in operation for nine years. She says the main challenges faced are stiff competition and high customs duty. Mable has requested a loan of $400 to buy clothes for resale. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to raise funds for her children's school fees. In the future Mable plans to own a clothing boutique.
