A loan of $525 helped to buy supplies for making her dishes.

Ericka Roxana's story

Ericka Roxana is 29 years old, married, and has a six-year-old child. She lives in the subdivision of San Juan Pueblo, Atlántida. Ericka is an enterprising woman who established her own business a year and a half ago. She sells food such as chicken with fried plantains, "baleadas" (tortillas stuffed with beans, cheese, and other ingredients), as well as breakfasts, lunches, and other dishes. Her establishment is in the central part of the city. Ericka says that she has done very well because she has a good location where there are many retail businesses. As a result, the demand from her customers has been very good. She works from 7am to 8pm.

Ericka is currently requesting a loan of 10,000 HNL so that she can buy supplies for making her dishes. With this investment, she will improve the service to her customers. Her goals are to continue working, grow her business, and increase her sales.
