Réussite Plus Group's story

Anne is the chairwoman of the community bank Réussite Plus, which is composed of 32 microentrepreneurs. These members are united for the same goal of growing their businesses by loans received from Kiva through IMF HOPE RDC.

Anne is a 27-year-old single woman who sells clothing. She buys clothes in bulk and resells them to make a profit. She sells her products daily in her area.

Anne started her business in 2010. She is a trustworthy client of MFI HOPE RDC, having twice obtained and correctly repaid loans. This loan will allow her to buy clothing in larger quantities to increase her sales in order to make a better profit. Anne makes a profit of about $350 per month. Her ambition is to some day open a general store.
