A loan of $1,125 helped to buy manure and fungicide.

David's story

David, 43, is a responsible man living in his own wooden house with his wife, Georgina, 39, and their three beloved children he wants to provide a better quality of life for. David is an accomplished man. He spends most of his time in his fields weeding his coffee and cocoa bean plants so that the plants he cares for with so much effort won’t be damaged by infestations. He’s been doing this work for nine years. He usually works alone but during harvest time he has help from day laborers who know about his crops. After all this, his crops are taken to his local gathering centers to be sold; he earns good profits on each kilogram. David comments that if he weren’t watchful of his crops weeds and infestations would kill off his production and cause problems that could even lead to failure. This is why he’s asking for this loan to buy chemical supplies for crop maintenance. This is loan #1 with MFP and he feels very happy to be getting support that will help him reach his work goals. He will use the requested loan to buy manure and fungicide for crop care.
