A loan of $2,150 helped to purchase cattle.

Turdugul's story

Turdugul is 46 years old, married and has three children, the youngest of whom, a daughter, is a first grader. Turdugul has been involved in animal husbandry for 15 years, after starting this business with a sum of 20,000 som (KGS). Thanks to her persistent work, today her business has two cows and two calves, and her family also yearly works on 1.20 hectares of land, where they sow multi-year herbs that serve as livestock feed. In order to further develop her business, Turdugul requested a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy dairy cows, which would allow her to increase the volume of milk. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into a purchase of construction materials to build a house for her son.
