A loan of $1,050 helped to purchase concentrated feeding for the cattle.

Maria Ramona's story

María lives with her 23-year-old daughter and her husband in a house they own. She's a farmer who raises barnyard poultry and cattle. She does the housekeeping work and also tends to the poultry farm. Besides, she also helps her husband with the cattle. Her advantage is the large plot of land, and her drawback is when it's time to sell the cattle, because the prices vary widely.
She requests the loan in order to purchase concentrated feeding for the cattle. This purchase will help her maintain what she needs at a lower cost. It is truly important because summertime is when there's less pasture for the cattle to feed on.
María wishes to improve her living conditions, to work alongside her husband, to expand the livestock business and to get better credit options with the institution.
