Santa Eduwiges Group's story

This group is named Santa Eduwiges. The members of the group decided to give it this name given that this saint represents humility and solidarity to them.

This story is about Gerónimo because he is the representative of the group. He is 69 years old, single, and does not have children. He has been selling corn and soft drinks for over 30 years. Gerónimo says that he decided to start with this business because he wanted to seek a better quality of life and to enjoy more stable financial solvency.

He will use the loan to buy more corn and soft drinks wholesale in order to continue with his business.

His dream is to build a place to put a grocery store. This way he would continue with his sales, have the business stocked much more, and have a greater variety of products. This way he will get more and improved income. With this he would seure his future because he is elderly.

Gero (as his colleagues know him) is very grateful to the Fundación Realidad and Kiva for the support of the loan they gave him. Thanks to the loan his business will start to improve a lot, but above all, his life will improve.
